We have had our first winter league competition, grass roots dressage, what a lot of teams 29 in all, a very good day and lots of new people entering.   We held the novice show jumping qualifiers alongside the Winter League Novice Show Jumping at Alnwick Ford, not so many teams, but lots of exciting jumping.   The next competition will be WL Grass Roots Show Jumping alongside Intermediate SJ Qualifier at West Park.

We have been busy organising our training, our summer qualifiers, especiallty the venues, and we are excited to be holding a special Dressage to Music day and evening at West Park on Friday 14th April with Gaynor Colbourn who started working with Jennie Loriston Clarke at the sports inception.   Gaynor will be taking riders and horses during the day who wish to have a foot tapping, fun, individual and most of all a tailor made test.   Not to be missed, limited spaces during the day, and at night a music evening with special guests and also how do you go about starting a quadrille.

Tickets will be on sale shortly for this night. Notices will go around shortly.  Booking form and payment will be on the website as soon as possible.

We are going to hold our summer qualifiers at Richmond EC for Dressage, RT/SJ/Style jumping and DtM on the weekend of 24th & 25th June.

The DtM will take place on the Saturday night, so why not stay the entire weekend and enjoy meeting friends.

The Horse Trials will take place at a new course built by Blyth Tait at Alnwick Ford.  This will be on Sunday 9th July 2017.

Annual Camp is again at Charlotte Ridley's Park End on 13/14th May, so lots to be thinking of, and any suggestions we are always happy to hear from you, all this will be on the website shortly.
